The position is based at A&W’s Home Office in North Vancouver.

The Restaurant Equipment Coordinator, at A&W known as Equipment Services Representative (ESR), supports all A&W restaurants, new and existing, by providing estimates and procurement, and expediting and problem-solving services on equipment, décor, and signage orders. Working within the team of Equipment Services Representatives and reporting to the Equipment Services Supervisor, the ESR must develop and maintain superb working relationships with restaurant operators, suppliers, and a wide range of internal departments, including Purchasing & Distribution, Design & Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting.

The ideal candidate is a team player with sound judgment, a strong drive for results and a deep commitment to customer service. A flexible and effective multi-tasker who listens to understand, the candidate must maintain a calm and approachable manner in a busy, fast paced environment and be resourceful in solving problems. The candidate must be fluently bilingual in French and English. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, influencing, and computer skills, and have the ability to work independently.  The ideal candidate has completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration and has had at least 2 years of office experience in a dynamic setting.
